**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, helping them to get the most out of our products and services. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing guidance, support, and solutions to their technical issues, as well as offering advice and recommendations to help them achieve their goals. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions
* Resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including iOS, iPhone, iPad, Mac, and PC
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve customer support and product knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, and support the growth and development of colleagues
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. communications, business, computer science)
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a technical environment (e.g. tech support, help desk)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in multiple software applications and tools, including CRM systems and help desk software
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Knowledge of iOS, iPhone, iPad, Mac, and PC operating systems and applications
* Experience with technical troubleshooting and repair
* Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g. CompTIA A+, ITIL)
* Fluency in multiple languages (e.g. Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic)
