In just a few years, our client has brought over 100 unique products to market, and they're looking for a highly dependable Administrative Assistant to play a crucial role in their continued success. This isn't a desk job, it's an opportunity to ensure their operations run smoothly by managing alcohol reporting, compliance, inventory and administrative functions. If you are an organized problem-solver with strong computer skills and a keen eye for detail, this could be the job for you!</p><p><br></p><p>**<strong>This position is hybrid and will be located in Ellicottville, NY at least 3 days per week</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and submit all required production, sales, and inventory reports to federal, state, and local liquor authorities.</li><li>Manage pricing submissions, ensuring all product pricing is posted 30 days in advance of sale.</li><li>Enter daily transactions into QuickBooks and assist the external Accountant with monthly reconciliation.</li><li>Track and organize all deadlines for compliance filings, reporting, and pricing submissions.</li><li>Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.</li><li>Collaborate with the management team to ensure all compliance processes are running smoothly.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience with administrative experience ideally related to compliance or inventory experience.</li><li>Proven experience managing time-sensitive compliance and inventory reporting, with the ability to meet federal and state deadlines (related to alcohol production, pricing, and sales).</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks (basic entries) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with the alcohol industry is a plus, but not required, as training will be provided.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary: $60,400/year</strong></p>
