Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of our marketing and advertising initiatives, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of our marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in the review and management of contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, and business agreements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement new marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and compliance
  • Support the development and implementation of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA
  • Work closely with external vendors and partners to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements and industry best practices
