About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide enrollment, student development, and retention services to ensure a high-quality learning experience for our students.
• Manage a caseload of assigned students, coaching each individual through their degree program through proactive and timely outreach.
• Encourage and support students through daily and weekly outreach, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for academic success.
• Create a trusted and supportive environment where students feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests.
• Offer guidance on how to utilize available resources to maximize student success, including teaching students how to effectively use these resources.
• Become a certified resume reviewer to provide expert resume and career development support to our students.

Essential Qualifications
