Job Overview
We are hiring 20 Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representatives who reside in TX, AZ, NV, FL, or MS. As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputting data, and providing a high level of customer service that consistently extends courtesy and professionalism. If you have a strong background in high-volume call center experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, and are available to work a 40-hour week during our hours of operation (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST), we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from members and providers in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and efficient way.
- Input data accurately and efficiently to ensure seamless operations and high-quality customer service.
- Provide a high level of customer service, always extending courtesy and professionalism, even in challenging situations.
- Manage a high volume of calls (75+ calls per day) while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality in your work.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Essential Qualifications
- At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience or equivalent, with healthcare call center experience preferred.
- Reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-door room that is distraction-free to work remotely from.
- Availability to work during any of the following hours of operation: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST (40 hour work week).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Experience working in a healthcare call center or related field, with knowledge of healthcare terminology and concepts.
