Key Responsibilities
- Reviews customer cases, performs research and analysis to develop recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiencies, and presents findings to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Utilizes customer case data, observations, and reporting to gain a deep understanding of the customer's journey and identifies opportunities for enhancement.
- Conducts research, interprets results, and translates findings into actionable reports and presentations for key stakeholders, including the leadership team.
- Provides strategic insights and recommendations to the leadership team, focusing on process improvements, efficiencies, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborates with the Executive Customer Relations (ECR) leadership to develop and implement strategies based on recommendations, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to our operations.
- Reviews customer cases, interprets the life cycle, provides root cause analysis, and makes recommendations for improvements, leveraging data analytics and performance reporting expertise.
- Analyzes data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations and reporting that are shared with key stakeholders, including the leadership team and other relevant departments.
Essential Qualifications
- High School or GED required.
- 1-2 years of contact center experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, performance reporting, or a related field, with a strong foundation in statistical analysis and data interpretation.

- Demonstrated experience in data validation, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
