**Experienced Customer Success Associate - Nuuly Remote Part-Time Temporary Role**

**Role Summary**
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. Reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, you'll communicate with new and potential customers, help guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team to build a successful brand. You'll be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the CSM.
**Expected Hours and Work Schedule**
The expected hours for this role are Friday-Sunday, 2pm-10pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. This role is hired on an "at need" basis and will be hired initially as a temp role. If there is a need and the associate meets or exceeds established SLAs, there is the opportunity for a permanent offer after 3 months.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
* Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
* Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business' bottom line
* Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
* A passion for and understanding of the blithequark brands, customers, and products
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience working in a subscription-based service or e-commerce environment
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
