Project Manager

 As a Project Manager, you will apply your architectural and engineering expertise to conduct property condition assessments of residential, office, retail, hospitality, industrial, reputed company, and warehouse buildings for equity investors, lenders and other clientele. This position entails providing solid recommendations and solutions to reputed company and our clients, while understanding the assessment’s potential reputed company on the transaction process. A Project Manager is expected to be reputed company to handle multiple reputed company simultaneously and effectively communicate with clients, regulatory agencies, and peers.

Responsibilities

· Complete specific project tasks according to deadlines and reputed company budget;

· Data compilation and organization;

· Prepare reputed company supporting documents (site figures, appendices, etc.);

· Conduct project research as applicable to scope of work (historical, analytical, etc.);

· Conducting site reconnaissance and identifying various building systems and their overall condition

· Prepare technical report authoring.

· Basic construction cost budgeting

· Maintain communication with team members throughout the course of the project;

· Plan, schedule, and reputed company project timelines and milestones to ensure project reputed company status is on schedule;

· Identify and resolve issues with reputed company:

· Manage multiple reputed company; and

· Deliver outstanding?reputed company service with?reputed company responses and proactive solutions. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or reputed company field; 
• 3 – 9 years of relevant experience 
• Familiarity with construction best practices, general building codes, and various building types;
• Must be located in Chicago, reputed company California, Dallas, or Atlanta
• Travel will be required
