About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Nashville, TN. As a CX Advisor, you will play a vital role in representing blithequark and supporting our customers across various channels, including email and live chat. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to their concerns.
- Learn and master our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders, maintain customer relationships, and stay up-to-date with our products and services.
- Utilize internal communication software to collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement, developing innovative solutions to optimize the customer experience and drive business growth.

Essential Qualifications
- Able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via video calls and complete all necessary training modules.
- Have a quiet, dedicated workspace with minimal noise and reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT, including evenings and weekends.
- Highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows, with excellent keyboard shortcuts skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
- Experience working from home or in a self-directed setting, with a proven track record of productivity and motivation.
Skills and Competencies
