Our full-service contact center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is the heartbeat of our operations, providing top-notch inbound and outbound support to our customers. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing them with exceptional service. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer requests, and maintaining a positive outlook on every call. Your excellent communication skills, adaptability, and ability to multitask will make you an asset to our team. **Responsibilities** * Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner * Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities * Book appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy * Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive * Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly * Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information * Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge **Qualifications** * High school graduate or equivalent (G.E.D.) * Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferably in the home improvement industry) * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously * Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferably) * Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements * Ability to pass a background check * Opportunity to work from home (subject to meeting criteria and completing onboarding/training) **Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate * $15,000 Life Insurance (Company Paid) * 401K plan eligibility after 1 year of service with company match of up to 4% * Weekly/monthly gift card drawings/contests for meeting goals * Career learning and development programs * Casual dress code * Opportunity to work from home (subject to meeting criteria and completing onboarding/training) **Work Environment and Culture** At blithequark, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
