With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to innovation, we're proud to be a leader in the work management space. **The Role** As a Customer Experience Advocate, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers across various channels, including live chat, email, phone, and screen shares. Your primary objective will be to empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in our platform, ensuring they achieve the best possible outcomes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience.
