Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers inquiring about their orders, providing timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction
- Send updates to customers about their orders as needed, keeping them informed throughout the process
- Gather information on customer complaints, escalating issues to management for speedy resolutions and ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
- Call applicants and schedule interviews for the Plant Manager to conduct, facilitating the recruitment process and ensuring that all candidates receive a positive and efficient experience
- Conduct onboarding paperwork, background checks, and E-Verify reports for all new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform all other related office tasks as assigned by the Plant Manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. You should be highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office systems and Outlook is essential, as well as strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, previous experience in a customer-facing role or administrative position would be highly desirable. You should be able to demonstrate a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
