Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of our services
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and knowledge base articles
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to improve our services and support
- Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies, processes, and procedures to enhance our customer support operations

Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the AV/Technology industry, with a strong focus on customer support and technical troubleshooting
- 3+ years of experience in network switching and routing, with a solid understanding of network security principles and industry best practices
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP Workplace, and ServiceNow
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the AV/Technology industry, with a strong focus on customer support and technical troubleshooting
- Experience with video distribution, encoding, audio mixing, and IoT devices
- Strong understanding of enterprise video distribution, sustainment, and performance
- Experience with network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists
- Knowledge of analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies
- Certifications in network security, such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Video Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analysis, or a related scientific or technical discipline is preferred. Alternatively, relevant certifications or equivalent work experience may be considered.
