Job Description

We’re looking for a resourceful Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll help us identify and engage top technical talent across Europe, playing a key role in building the foundation of our hiring success.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source candidates for technical roles using multiple channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach and meaningful conversations about opportunities at Nagarro.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to align on profiles, sourcing strategies, and market insights.
  • Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives when needed.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, ideally for technical or engineering roles.
  • Strong research and Boolean search skills; familiarity with professional networking and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Curious about technology and motivated to learn about different roles and skill sets.
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
