About the Role

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer service strategies
  • Maintain a working knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role with a focus on customer service. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think analytically and solve complex problems. A working knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems is also required. Additionally, you should have experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
