Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience in a related field.
- Eight or more years of relevant experience in Marketing, Customer Experience, or User Experience research, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights.
- Experience designing qualitative and quantitative research programs to address business needs, with a strong command of advanced quantitative methodologies such as maxdiff, conjoint, segmentation, and cluster analysis.
- Experience with qualitative research methods like focus groups, in-depth interviews, and ethnography, with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights and recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications

- Four or more years of experience managing a team of three or more people, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
