  • Process orders, refill requests, and medication transfers accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customers receive their medications and products in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution, providing excellent communication and follow-up to ensure that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Educate customers on available services, programs, and resources to meet their healthcare needs, providing information on our products and services and helping customers to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards, ensuring that customer information is handled in a secure and confidential manner.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions and track customer feedback, providing valuable insights that can be used to improve our services and customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets, continually striving to improve your performance and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred. Previous customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting is also preferred, as well as strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.
