Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring all information is complete and up-to-date
  • Review and enter data updates in our systems, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Review discrepancies in data received and resolve any issues promptly
  • Organize monthly sales reporting, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions
  • Perform all other office tasks as required, including administrative support and special projects

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent typing skills, with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other related tools, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • High school or equivalent education, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting
