**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping us achieve our vision of making finding and enrolling in health insurance simple. Your responsibilities will include:
* **Inbound and outbound calls**: You'll be responsible for answering customer calls, resolving issues, and providing technical support to help customers navigate our platform.

* **Online chat inquiries**: You'll be responsible for responding to online chat inquiries and providing timely and effective support to customers.

**Preferred Experience**
While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be an asset. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, would also be beneficial.
