**Job Summary**
As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for analyzing customer cases, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable recommendations to drive process improvements and efficiencies. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities**
* Review customer cases, perform research and analysis to develop recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiencies
* Use customer case data, observations, and reporting to gain a clear understanding of the customer's journey and identify opportunities for improvement
* Conduct research, interpret results, and translate findings into easy-to-understand reports or presentations for leadership
* Provide leadership team insights with process or improvement strategies
* Work closely with the ECR leadership to develop and implement strategies based on recommendations
* Review customer cases, interpret the life cycle, provide root cause analysis, and make recommendations on improvements
* Analyze data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations and reporting that are shared with key stakeholders
**Minimum Requirements**
* High School or GED
* 1-2 years of contact center experience
* 2-3 years of customer service experience
* 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, performance reporting
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Demonstrated experience in data validation
* Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
* Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and perform quantitative analysis
* Experience in analytics implementation
* Proven skill level in Excel, including pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts
* Proven skill level in PowerPoint
