**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist / Part-time to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including data entry, customer service, and administrative support. This is a part-time opportunity, with regular hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, subject to change from time to time.
**Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist / Part-time, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Perform data entry and computer skills to accurately and efficiently process information
* Coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Enter demographics and customer information into our system
* Print preference notes matching to case
* Move case into production area
* Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues
* Scan paperwork for electronic storage
* Answer all incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
* Refer technical inquiries to the appropriate team member
* Perform other duties as assigned
**Skills and Abilities Required**

* Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities

**Minimum Education and Experience Required**
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
* A high school diploma or GED equivalent
* Some billing experience required
**Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist / Part-time, you will be working with:
* Disinfectant process chemicals
* Personal protective equipment as required
* Office equipment
**Physical Requirements**
This role requires:
* Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach
* Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions
* Good hand-eye coordination
* Good manual dexterity
* Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
* Repeated bending and kneeling
* Vision capabilities: Depth perception, attention to detail and/or color
* Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 pounds
**Education**
* High School or Equivalent or better
