**What You'll Do**
As a Remote Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues
* Providing knowledgeable answers to customers, giving them peace of mind that issues are resolved
* Keeping in touch with your managers for tips and feedback on how to improve your performance
* Utilizing scripted customer feedback to ensure you're always prepared with a solid response
**Who You Are**
We're looking for individuals with:
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
* A background in retail, sales, or wait staff, as these roles have been successful in this position
* Access to a quiet place to work from home and a reliable internet connection
* A GED or High School Diploma
* The ability to quickly tap out customer notes on a standard keyboard (no autocorrect fails here!)
