Your primary responsibilities will include: * Using empathy and excellent communication skills to explain complex medical billing concepts and resolve account balances with patients and their families * Providing outstanding customer service and collaborating with patients to develop affordable payment plans and take payments by phone * Accurately documenting all calls and follow-ups in our software systems throughout each day * Supporting your fellow team members with consistent attendance, excellent work ethic, and a caring team focus * Continuously improving your skills and knowledge with supportive coaching and feedback from your manager and team leads, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients and their families, explaining complex medical billing concepts and resolving account balances * Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure clear understanding of medical bills and payment options * Collaborate with patients to develop affordable payment plans and take payments by phone * Accurately document all calls and follow-ups in our software systems throughout each day * Support your fellow team members with consistent attendance, excellent work ethic, and a caring team focus * Continuously improve your skills and knowledge with supportive coaching and feedback from your manager and team leads, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required;
