We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative I - Summer Employment. This is a full-time temporary position, scheduled for 45 to 90 days of employment, and will be working remotely.Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for:- Participating in high-volume outbound and inbound reputed company campaigns based on assigned reputed company lists, adhering to approved reputed company scripts and compliance guidelines.
- Providing consistent high-reputed company service to customers, responding to their questions while ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
- Utilizing software, scripts, and tools appropriately to resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Four to six months of customer service experience in a reputed company center environment.
- Preferred experience working in a college financial aid office or college administrative office.
Work Environment
