We're Hiring! Administrative Assistant at Woodinville Repertory Theatre
Do you love the arts and enjoy keeping things organized behind the scenes? Woodinville Repertory Theatre is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to help support our creative and educational programs.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Youll work closely with our Board, Education Manager, and production teams to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What Youll Be Doing:
• Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking notes for the Board
• Managing contact lists and helping with newsletters, audition notices, and volunteer coordination
• Supporting hiring and onboarding of instructors and creative staff
• Assisting with payroll setup, job postings, and scheduling
• Coordinating production documents and agreements
• Helping with special projects, events, and general operations
• Providing administrative support across departments
What Were Looking For:
• 13 years of administrative experience (bonus if youve worked in education or non-profits)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new cloud-based tools (Ludus, Basic OPS, Aplos)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to shifting priorities
• Remote-friendly with occasional local errands or event support
