Recruiter – Corporate/IT Industry, RPO Consultant
Job Description:

• Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities.
• Remove barriers and ensure candidates are equipped with the information and tools to prepare them for successful employment.
• Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of corporate or IT recruiting experience.
• Full life cycle recruiting experience, leading intake calls with hiring managers, conducting consultative conversations with hiring managers, and providing market intelligence to support strategic hiring decisions.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a self-starter mindset.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple requisitions independently.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Nice to Have: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
