About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our Customer Care division, you will play a vital role in assisting our millions of plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. Key Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions to help members better understand their coverage and options.
  • Offer solutions and support to simplify the healthcare experience for our members, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a genuine concern for improving their quality of life.
  • Utilize your skills and knowledge to provide accurate and timely information, ensuring that our members receive the best possible service.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting.
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette, professionalism, and the ability to exhibit patience and empathy.
  • Excellent oral, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to relate to customers in a patient and helpful way.
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits
