Department Overview
MVTrac/MVConnect, a part of blithequark, is the leading provider of on-demand data solutions for auto finance, government, and law enforcement organizations. Utilizing a national network of digital recognition technology devices, MVTRAC aggregates and stores real-time intelligent data in a centralized, secure database, adhering to the most stringent privacy and compliance standards available today. Job Description
We are a leader in the Repossession industry, and this position involves administering the acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders, processing these assignments, managing the completion of services, and facilitating the release of lender assets upon the execution of service. As a Customer Service Representative – Data Information Processor, you will process client/agent requests while managing a high call volume in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Your role will require working within multiple systems, utilizing client/lender databases to execute specific lender requirements, and navigating upwards of 15 different tabs between multiple screens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders and process these assignments efficiently.
- Manage the completion of services and facilitate the release of lender assets upon the execution of service.
- Process client/agent requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Work effectively in a high multi-tasking environment, utilizing multiple systems and screens.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as within a team, with excellent communication skills.
- Follow through and take ownership of work to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
- Previous collection, repossession, or automotive industry experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.
- A minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
- The ability to handle multitasking on a computer with multiple screens.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience working in a remote environment.
- Residence in the Central Time Zone, due to the working schedule.
- Experience working with client/lender databases and executing specific lender requirements.
