Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to our customers via phone and text, 3 days a week, with flexible days. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a moderate call volume, responding to guest reviews, scheduling for our crew, and performing various administrative tasks. If you are a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, and responding to text messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information and support to customers regarding our services and general inquiries
  • Troubleshooting any issues and escalating them when necessary to ensure prompt resolution
  • Creating and managing the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed
  • Monitoring the crew's group chat during peak hours to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed
  • Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members
  • Responding to guest reviews in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all feedback is addressed and resolved

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically
  • Proficiency in using email, messaging apps, and phone systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or scheduling is an asset, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience with scheduling software and systems, with the ability to create and manage schedules effectively
