Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Customer Service Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a Technical Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and guidance to our clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible service and solutions to meet their needs. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, including US Government (USG) and enterprise clients, providing training, support, and analysis to help them build and maintain critical applications on top of blithequark services. You will work closely with other members of the blithequark team, including Technical Account Managers, Sales and Solution Architects, to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible service and solutions to meet their needs
  • Engage with USG and enterprise clients, providing training, support, and analysis to help them build and maintain critical applications on top of blithequark services
  • Work closely with other members of the blithequark team, including Technical Account Managers, Sales and Solution Architects, to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Proactively assist clients in avoiding potential issues and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Jump deep to understand the root causes of issues and provide effective solutions to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry, applying this knowledge to improve customer service and support

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or a related discipline. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.

In addition to these essential qualifications, you will need to have a strong technical background, with experience in cloud computing, software development, or a related field. You will also need to be highly motivated and self-directed, with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, it would be desirable for you to have experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.
