About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will build and maintain positive relationships with patients and providers, delivering exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with patients and providers, handling inquiries, cancellations, and confirmations with a compassionate and service-oriented approach.
- Communication and Support: Efficiently managing a high volume of inbound and outbound communications, including calls, emails, and live chat, to confirm orders, schedule deliveries, and address concerns or questions from patients and providers.
- Order Management and Workflow Efficiency: Overseeing the order workflow from initiation to completion, maintaining high productivity levels and ensuring all patient requests are handled efficiently.
- Performance Metrics and Quality Assurance: Achieving defined daily qualitative and quantitative targets, including specific numbers of outbound calls, inbound calls, emails/chat requests handled, and order transactions completed, while maintaining an exceptional patient-satisfaction rating and adhering to service, productivity, and quality objectives.
- Team Collaboration and EOS Alignment: Working closely within the team and with other departments, adhering to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) principles, and contributing to the team's success through accountability and a focus on continuous improvement.
Performance Expectations
In this role, you'll be accountable for hitting the following numbers:
- Placing outbound calls (50-60 per day)
- Answering inbound calls (50-60 per day)
- Documenting patient and provider demographics (100-120 per day)

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience working with a compounding/specialty pharmacy or medical center (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
