**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients and potential clients. Your responsibilities will include:

* **Outbound and inbound calls**: You will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients and potential clients who request products and services, as well as handling inbound calls from clients and potential clients who need assistance.
* **Utilize the Zoom platform**: You will use the Zoom platform to educate and sell life and supplemental health insurance to clients and potential clients.
* **Assist clients and potential clients to complete electronic applications**: You will work with clients and potential clients to complete electronic applications and ensure that they have the information they need to make informed decisions.
* **Attend team training twice a week**: We believe in continuous learning and development, and you will be required to attend team training sessions twice a week to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and company policies.
