**Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Alternate Investments Reconciliation and Corporate Actions**

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be part of a talented team that is passionate about delivering high-quality results and making a real impact in the financial world. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: * Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identifying/ addressing breaks recognized between blithequark and fund companies or transfer agents * Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity * Executing analysis of complex/escalated issues, testing/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications * Completing projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly influence the Client/Advisor profile * Engaging with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce * Interacting with and embodying blithequark's values in daily connections with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners **Duties and Responsibilities** * Reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests * Identifying and addressing Client/Advisor amount exceptions * Ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) * Reconciling Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks * Reconciling across BOS and Fund Companies * Reviewing and analyzing correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding issues * Troubleshooting internal/external system improvements or concerns * Identifying the root cause of breaks between blithequark, the Fund, etc. * Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management * Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm * Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues * Prompt and accurate finalization of client investing and dividend demands **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software a plus * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the financial industry, particularly in Alternate Investments * Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Certification in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist, Certified Reconciliation Specialist) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software a plus * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company.
