**The Opportunity**
As a Customer Experience Representative on our Mom & Baby team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to new and expectant mothers, MD offices, and insurance providers. You'll work closely with our team to provide breast pumps, maternity compression, and lactation support services, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and support.
**Your Primary Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, overseeing orders nationwide for these items
* Interfacing with existing customers to determine which products meet their needs, including resupply inventory and equipment sizing troubleshooting
* Presenting blithequark's services and handling inbound calls/emails from patients to convert them into potential sales
* Contacting patients through outbound phone calls and emails to investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
* Communicating with customers to provide equipment/sizing troubleshooting and prompt follow-up for services promised/rendered
* Entering new customer demographics and updating changes to existing accounts, as well as documentation processing, including verification of insurance
* Order entry and data maintenance, with other duties as assigned
**Skills for Success**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and work individually and as part of a dynamic team
* Self-motivation, high energy, and an engaging level of enthusiasm, with exceptional verbal, written, listening, and presentation communication skills
* Self-discipline, with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and research
* A proven work history illustrating stability and reliability, with a strong work ethic and sensitivity to patient care issues
* The ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality and comply with laws, regulations, and policies, with a strong commitment to compliance as an element of job performance
**Required Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred
* Microsoft Office computer skills
* 1+ years of customer service experience required
