**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Business License Research Specialist – Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for conducting industry and location-specific research for our clients, identifying all federal, state, county, and city level business licensing requirements. Your primary duties will include:
* Conducting comprehensive research on business licensing requirements for various industries and jurisdictions
* Creating business-specific research packages for timely delivery to clients
* Identifying and compiling licensure specifications in both PDF and Excel formats, including forms, hyperlinks, supporting documents, exam requirements, prerequisites, turnaround times, fees, and renewal data
* Communicating directly with government agencies to assist with business license research inquiries
* Providing research in connection with internal support tasks for other BL team members
