**The Role**
As a Customer Relationship Advocate (CRA) at blithequark, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Developing skills to assist with a broad range of client needs, including trade requests, money movement, online support, and more
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
* Participating in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in the financial services industry
* Working closely with your team to achieve sales and service goals, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
**What to Expect**
As a new CRA, you will embark on a three-stage journey that will help you develop the skills and expertise needed to succeed in this role. These stages include:
1. **Licensing Preparation**: In the first months, you will prepare to become a licensed professional by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses. This includes paid study time and access to valuable resources like licensing coaches and workshops.
2. **Skill Development**: In the following months, you will handle more complex customer calls while dedicating time each week to connect with your team, meet with your leader, and expand your network.
3. **Proficiency**: As you gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers, you will explore new career paths through job shadowing and our career center.

* Aptitude and dedication to complete the FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 63 exams through our industry-leading licensing program
