**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via chat app and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
* Guiding customers to relevant help articles and resources, ensuring they have the information they need to resolve issues independently
* Coordinating with the co-founder to address top issues and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
* Setting customer expectations and communicating clearly about fixes and timelines
* Escalating complex issues to the team and communicating with customers to keep them informed
* Managing a schedule to ensure timely and efficient support, with the flexibility to adapt to changing needs
**Essential Qualifications**
