**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Providing basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Fluency in Spanish and English (while this role supports both, most calls are in English)
* A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* 18 years of age
