Job Description: As a Part-Time Remote Content Writer / Editor for Netflix, you’ll craft clear, engaging, brand-aligned content for internal support platforms, external help centres, or knowledge-base assets. You’ll partner with content, product support and operations teams to produce editorial materials, revise existing documentation, and ensure consistency in voice and tone. You’ll work remotely, manage your own schedule, meet deadlines and contribute to high-quality global support content.
Key Responsibilities:
Write, edit and proof-read content for Netflix’s help centres, internal knowledge base, product support assets.
Ensure consistent voice, tone, style and brand alignment.
Conduct editorial projects: bulk updates, newsletters, surveys, localization coordination, digital asset management.Built In
Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to gather information and input.
Track and report on time/logs and suggest efficiency improvements in content workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism or related field preferred.
3-5 years of professional writing/editing experience (preferably in tech/support context).
Excellent grammar, style, editing skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working asynchronously in a remote team environment.
Familiarity with CMS, digital asset management tools and project tracking.
