Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and candidates, providing innovative and personalized support to ensure an exceptional experience with our platform. Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer and candidate issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Complete projects assigned by the support manager, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the blithequark system, leveraging technical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions
- Complete call logs and reports, maintaining accurate records and providing insights for process improvements
- Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends and issues in customer calls, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our support services
- Recommend process improvements, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach
- Be an expert in the blithequark platform, providing guidance and support to customers and candidates, and helping them understand the value of our technology
- Document and manage cases for each support interaction, ensuring thorough and organized record-keeping
- Delight each contact with positive and encouraging interactions, embodying the blithequark spirit of customer obsession
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, candidates, and team members
- Positive attitude and drive to always be improving, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience
- Expert reading and writing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information and provide concise solutions
- Proficient with technology, able to learn and troubleshoot technical issues while navigating multiple systems
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, with experience in a technical support role being a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be resourceful, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM preferred, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools
- Experience communicating with customers preferred, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to work nights or weekend hours depending on shift requirements
- Requires US Citizenship to work in this position, with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the USA
