Job Overview
As a Remote Data Entry and Fulfillment Specialist with blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for receiving and putting away inventory, packing and shipping orders, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You will also be required to operate power industrial trucks, such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and work at heights up to 35 feet. Don't worry if you don't have experience operating this equipment – we provide comprehensive training and certification at no cost to you.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and put away inventory in a timely and efficient manner
- Pack and ship customer orders to ensure timely delivery
- Load boxes into trucks for shipment and ensure that all packages are properly secured
- Use scanners to read bar codes on products and view prompts on screens to follow directions for tasks
- Troubleshoot problems and ensure that product meets quality requirements
- Operate power industrial trucks, such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and work at heights up to 35 feet
- Lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around the warehouse
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable) and work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
