**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients, customers, and stakeholders via phone, email, and other communication channels

**Required Capabilities**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
