**Job Summary**
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and inquiries, and driving customer retention. You will work closely with our high-performing team to identify and escalate priority issues, provide solutions, and document customer interactions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and relationship-building
* Providing customers with blithequark's service standards and ensuring that they are met
* Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as required
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM
* Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Bilingual a plus (ability to speak and write in multiple languages)
* Some sales and customer service experience required
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
* Some experience with MS Excel a plus
