**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk / Part-time, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Entering personal customer information into databases as collected upon forms or spreadsheets
* Reviewing all data for errors and reporting any unusual findings to management
* Collecting and determining the completeness of all information before entering data into software programs
* Scanning and printing required documents needed to collect information for data entry
* Working in accordance with privacy guidelines as dictated by state and federal law
* Generating weekly and monthly reports regarding sales information or areas to be improved upon
* Ensuring proper updates of required software and training new employees as needed on company processes
* Filing and organizing paperwork used to enter data into programs to keep a record of original documents
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent degree is required
* Knowledge of office computer systems and software
* Strong written and communication skills with clients and customers
* Experience working in data entry software and maintaining detailed information regarding available stock and supplies or other data
* Ability to effectively work within record software and update files accurately
**Preferred Qualifications**

* 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Excel
