**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to shareholders, responding to inbound and outbound calls, and resolving complex issues related to shareholder communications. You'll work closely with our internal clients to develop and implement effective communication strategies, ensuring that shareholders receive accurate and timely information. Your goal will be to educate shareholders on the importance of voting in their best interest, while also providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound and outbound calls from shareholders, providing accurate and timely information on shareholder communications
* Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate shareholders on the importance of voting in their best interest
* Resolve complex issues related to shareholder communications, working closely with internal clients to develop and implement effective solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective communication plans, ensuring that shareholders receive accurate and timely information
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to shareholder inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work closely with internal clients to develop and implement effective communication strategies, ensuring that shareholders receive accurate and timely information
**Equipment Requirements**
* Windows 10 or 11 (no Lenex, Chrome, MAC, etc.)
* USB headsets (no wireless)
* Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload
**Pay and Benefits**
* Pay range: $20.00 - $20.00 per hour

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a shareholder communications or investor relations role
* Knowledge of shareholder communications and investor relations best practices
* Experience working with public companies or financial institutions
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
