This is a remote, full-time position that involves developing life insurance accounts with clients from various sources, including unions, referrals, and website leads. Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A PC, smartphone, and strong, consistent internet connection
- Licensure for life insurance in the state of Oklahoma, and your home state if located outside of Oklahoma (assistance with licensure training may be available)
- Availability for weeknights and around half the weekends, or more if you want to fast-track through the ranks
- A growth mindset and commitment to building yourself and your account
- Detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and excellent written and oral communication skills
- A strong work ethic and customer-centered approach
