**Role Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner

* Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met

**Role Qualifications**

* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
