**Position Description**
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as At-Home Contact Center Specialists. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls. Your primary duties will include:
* Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients
* Scheduling appointments, qualifying insurance leads, recruiting patients, and setting medical appointments
* Providing exceptional customer service and support through phone, email, or chat
* Demonstrating a working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Own a computer at home (cannot be a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook)
