**Key Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat & Tele Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to chat and tele chat inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring that every client interaction is a positive one
* Building and maintaining positive client relationships through personalized support and guidance
* Troubleshooting technical issues to ensure a seamless experience for our clients
* Providing accurate information about services, pricing, and policies to our clients
* Collaborating with the team to enhance the customer experience and ensure that every client feels valued and supported
* Following up with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services
* Maintaining proper documentation of interactions to ensure that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in live chat or tele chat
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions to client problems
* Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting, with the ability to navigate our systems and software with ease
* Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school degree or equivalent
* 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in live chat or tele chat
