As a customer service representative with blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles within our airport operations team, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner, and working closely with our team leaders to ensure seamless operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide consistently high-quality customer service, ensuring a positive experience at all contact points
* Perform various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing
* Work closely with team leaders to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise
* Conduct administrative tasks, such as Atac, preflight, and post-flight departure
* Adhere to uniform standards and adopt a customer-centric approach at all times
* Promote and sell blithequark services and products to our customers
* Attend and complete all required training by the given deadlines
* Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times
* Perform other reasonable duties as required by the post

* Ability and willingness to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public vacations
* Reliability and punctuality

* Ability to communicate both written and verbally to a high standard
* Possession of a valid BAA airside pass
* GSAT training
* Ability and willingness to complete all relevant training efficiently
* Possession of a valid DVLA driving license, with the ability to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required
* Ability and willingness to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as and when required
**Desired Qualifications – Education & Previous Work Experience**
* Proficiency in PC software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
